From "Across The Pond"

Hello again! This week was technically my first week of actual classes at the university and it went very well! I figured out my class schedule and after many emails sent back and forth between my advisors and me, I was able to figure out how the classes will transfer back to at MU. So, this is my schedule.

Monday (this is my rough day):
9:00-11:00 Marketing in the European Union
11:00-1:00 Human Resource Management
1:00-2:30 Spanish Language Course

Tuesday
11:00-1:00 Human Resource Management
5:30-7:30 Contemporary Literature with Armando

Wednesday
1:00-2:30 Spanish Language Course
5:00-7:00 Marketing in the European Union

Thursday
6:00-8:00 Contemporary Literature with Armando

Luckily, most of my teachers this week said that they are very flexible on attendance. This is a good thing because I am missing Thursday class this week because I leave for Barcelona in the morning. Also, in two weeks, I am missing Monday and Tuesday classes because of Morocco. I decided not to go to Munich the last weekend in February with Tracy and Erin. As much as I would LOVE to, I just can't get back from Morocco on Tuesday and leave Thursday morning for Germany. I have to say "no" to some things that I want to do. I have already decided I will be returning to Europe to finish all of the things that I just simply will not get to this semester.

On to even more exciting news, today, I booked my Spring Break plans. We have a very long Spring Break, April 1st-18th. So our cruise is April 5th-April 12th. We fly out of Madrid to Athens. These are all of the stops:
Athens (Greece)
Kusadasi (Turkey)
Rhodos (Greece)
Santorii (Greece)
Dubrovnik (Croatia)
Venice (Italy)

It is all inclusive and right now there are 7 of us going. I am VERY excited to say the least. I could go on and on but I can't let myself get too excited because it is still a couple months away from now.

Besides classes this week, I haven't really done anything that exciting except research future trips, plan and try and catch up on some sleep. I have been having a hard time sleeping lately, not too sure why, but I just am never really that tired! It's weird.

Anyways, I promise I will do a HUGE update after Barcelona. I am so excited. I am very nervous though. I have to get up early tomorrow to catch my flight. I will be checking into an international airport, alone. I will be flying, alone. I will be landing in a foreign city, alone. I will be walking to the hostel, alone. Then, I will meet up with Caroline and her brother. Thank goodness!

My mom's advice for this weekend: Be careful, there may not be a nice English man to save you this time! So true. Thank you Tam Tam.

Adios my friends! Love you and miss you!!!!

Love, Me.
